Dr. Saraswathi Jaggali is a bioinformatics and molecular biology professional with over 8 years of experience in genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis, and computational biology, along with hands-on expertise in phytochemistry, biophysical techniques, animal cell culture, and medicinal plant research for novel compound identification. Her work bridges experimental biology and computational approaches to explore bioactive molecules and therapeutic leads.

She holds a Ph.D. in Genetics, an Advanced PG Diploma in Bioinformatics, and  M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Telangana,India. She has been working  as an Assistant Professor and research mentor, guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students in bioinformatics, biotechnology and environmental microbiology projects.

Her technical expertise includes Python and R-based bioinformatics workflows, molecular docking and QSAR studies, genomic, proteomic ,NGS analysis ,  and laboratory techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and animal cell culture. Dr. Saraswathi has actively participated in national and international conferences, published in peer-reviewed journals, and serves as a peer reviewer in the fields of bioinformatics and life sciences.
